Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched within 3-4 weeks of your order being received. We currently offer shipping worldwide. All destinations outside the U.K are required to use "International Shipping" rates to receive your order.

TAXES & DUTIES

All prices do not include tax and duties. The customer is responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country when your order has been placed from outside the UK. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.

PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER TERMS

Each item is made to order. This is one of KAKAZI’s sustainable practices, to cultivate a more immediate relationship with our customers and produce each item only when an order has been placed. Please consider the nature of sustainable production and expect a wait period of approximately 3-4 weeks between the date you place your order and the date that your item is ready for shipment.

Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate. While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated window, there may be a delay in some cases.

The checkout page will not provide an exact shipping date due to the made to order nature of production. Most items are shipped within the estimated window and an email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. If you are no longer able to receive your ordered item at the original shipping address, email us with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used and we will update the shipping address for you. Sales on pre-order and made-to-order items are final and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is damaged or not as described.

RETURNS

In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will investigate your returns request and determine whether a return or item swap is possible. This is based on the evidence provided and that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where the criteria is met.
